The Ocean View Tour by R K Puma
WE BUILT THIS CITY ON ROCK & ROLL... & SWEAT!
James Dozier
became Editor & Publisher in 1986,
changing the name from Tidal Times to The Ocean View Times.
We received the Times while living on Cape Hatteras in the mid to late 80's.
Jim Dozier & Shirley (Branham) worked tirelessly to provide relevant information;
below/left is one of his resolute editorials, circa 1989;at right, his popular feature "Those Were the Days!"

Johnny listed & sold with us, in 1996John & Mae Yahn - Sep 25, 1939 - The wedding took place at Mae's parents' (Elizabeth & Howard West) home in Lenox at 139 Randall Ave. Their son, Johnny Yahn grew up on the "Big Bay" side, in the 500 blk of West Ocean View. In 1996, RK listed & sold the WOV home to Willie & his lovely family-- and it is an even lovelier home today.
